Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SENDA emergency home dispatch service operated by DLL Holdings LLC ("SENDA," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SENDA is an emergency home dispatch service that connects homeowners with licensed contractors via telephone. We do not employ contractors and are not responsible for the work performed by contractors in our network. SENDA acts solely as a dispatch intermediary.
2. For Homeowners
Use of the SENDA dispatch number (1-888-840-2988) is free for homeowners. By calling, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your service need and location
- Engage directly with the contractor connected through our service
- Understand that SENDA does not guarantee the availability of contractors in your area
- Understand that SENDA is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of contractor services
All agreements, pricing, and service terms are directly between you and the contractor. SENDA is not a party to any service agreement between homeowners and contractors.
3. For Contractors
By submitting an application to join the SENDA network, you agree to the following:
3a. Eligibility
- You must hold a valid, active state license for your trade
- You must carry liability insurance appropriate for your trade
- You must be in good standing with your state licensing board
- You must be available to accept emergency calls in your designated service area
- SENDA reserves the right to verify your credentials and deny or revoke network access at any time
3b. Billing
- You will be charged $50 per successfully connected call
- A call is considered connected when you and a homeowner are in live conversation for 60 seconds or more
- If a call is disconnected in under 60 seconds, no charge applies
- Charges are processed automatically via the payment method on file
- All charges are final unless a billing dispute is submitted within 7 days
3c. Conduct
- You agree to respond professionally to all dispatch calls
- You agree not to solicit homeowners for work outside the SENDA platform after being connected through our service
- You agree to provide honest and accurate information to homeowners
- Fraudulent use of the platform will result in immediate removal and may result in legal action
3d. Referral Rewards
SENDA offers the following referral credits for active network contractors who refer other contractors that are accepted into the network:
- Refer 1 contractor — $10 off your next connected call
- Refer 3 contractors — $15 off per connected call for 30 days
- Refer 10 or more contractors — SENDA Partner status, $25 off every connected call permanently
Credits apply only after referred contractors are verified, accepted, and active. SENDA reserves the right to modify the referral program at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Network Removal
SENDA may remove a contractor from the network at any time for:
- Failure to answer dispatch calls for 60 or more consecutive days
- Loss of license or insurance coverage
- Complaints from homeowners
- Violation of these Terms
- Any conduct deemed harmful to homeowners or the SENDA network
5. Limitation of Liability
SENDA is a dispatch service only. We are not liable for:
- The quality, safety, or outcome of any contractor's work
- Property damage or personal injury caused by contractors
- Disputes between homeowners and contractors
- Failure to connect a call due to contractor unavailability
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service
6. SMS Communications
By joining the SENDA contractor network you consent to receive dispatch calls and SMS notifications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us. Opting out will remove you from active dispatch rotation.
7. Disputes
Any billing disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to hello@callsenda.com. Disputes submitted after 7 days will not be considered. SENDA's determination is final for charges under $500. Any disputes exceeding $500 shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Texas.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the SENDA service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to contractors on file.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceedings shall take place in Tarrant County, Texas.
